Are all your albums and merchandise official?

Yes, all products sold at KPOP Store are 100% official and authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors in South Korea, and all album sales are reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon (Circle) charts.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that for pre-order items, shipping begins only after the official release date in South Korea.

Will my album arrive with a poster and pre-order benefits?

Pre-order benefits (POBs) and posters are included only if they are listed in the product description and the order is placed during the pre-order period. These are subject to availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do you ensure albums aren't damaged during transit?

We understand the importance of collectible items. All orders are securely packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings and surface scratches.

What is your return policy for opened items?

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for albums or merchandise once the plastic shrink-wrap has been opened. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please provide an unboxing video for a replacement or refund.
