Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your KPOP merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all albums, lightsticks, and apparel are in their original, sealed packaging with all inclusions intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all photocards, posters, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
